Terms and programme policies

Applications and placement

Submitting an application does not confirm a place. Applicants select two or three availability preferences. Elpida reviews age, English level, goals, atelier selection, availability and class capacity before making a specific class offer.

Class capacity

Each class is capped at 12 students. When a class reaches capacity, further applicants should be offered a suitable alternative or placed on a waiting list.

Fees and payment

Fees are paid upfront per selected atelier for a full three-month term. The programme is not a monthly subscription. The fee is €165.60 for each Monday–Wednesday atelier and €124.20 for the Thursday atelier, according to the programme brief. A hosted payment page is used after an offer and invoice are issued.

Cancellation and refunds

The intended policy is non-refundable once purchased/commenced, subject to mandatory consumer rights that apply. The final policy, exceptions, cancellation process and governing law must be reviewed and completed before launch.

Changes and communication

Elpida should communicate the confirmed class schedule, start information, applicable policies and any material schedule changes to enrolled students or their parent/guardian where appropriate.

Contact and organisation details

Add the legal entity name, registered address, official contact email, governing law, dispute-resolution details and any other mandatory disclosures before publication.
