Is this a monthly subscription?
No. You pay upfront for each selected atelier for the full three-month term.
Is my preferred time automatically confirmed?
No. Your selected times are availability preferences. Elpida reviews your age, level, goals, selected atelier and capacity before offering a group.
How many students are in a class?
A maximum of 12 students. Classes are not overbooked.
Can a parent register a minor?
Yes. The form supports a parent or guardian registering a student under 18.
When do I pay?
After your placement has been reviewed and you receive a specific class offer and invoice.
Can I get a refund?
Fees are paid upfront per selected atelier for the full term, not monthly. Purchases are intended to be non-refundable once purchased/commenced, subject to mandatory consumer rights that apply. Final legal terms should be reviewed before launch.
